We loved our wedding and we are so thankful that we went with Exeter for the Tent rental and for all

of our linens, plates, flatware, glasses, tables and extras. We had given you such a short window of time

to set up the tent and your team showed up exactly on time and set my family up for a stress-free day before the wedding.

Everything fell into place and all of our rentals worked perfectly.

The sailcloth tent was gorgeous and we received so many compliments on it, most people had never been in such a high quality outdoor space.

Thanks for suggesting this tent to me, you were right, it was worth a little extra money and your advice on all of the choices we made turned out great as well.

Also thanks for accepting all those last minute calls and doing constant pricing and availibility research for me, you were always there for us when

we needed help on the planning or when our numbers grew from the expected 100 people to 160 people!

I will most definitely recommend Exeter to all my friends having weddings and events in the future around New England.

I really appreciated your honest and realistic comments and advice most of all, as I didn't have the experience of what it was like on the day of the event.

Everything you predicted about the set-up and day off was correct and resulted in a fun time had by all.

Hi Ashley,

Thank you for donating tents once again this year for The Granite State Quest – A ride to conquer cancer. We had a great day – 92 riders and they all made it back to Timberland. The weather was just about perfect and the riders and their families were very appreciative of the shade provided by the tents during our post ride BBQ. We are very proud of being able to say that 100% of the funds raised by the riders go directly to pediatric cancer research and patient care at Massachusetts General Hospital – without the support from you and other local businesses, we would not be able to make that claim.

We provide the volunteers with GSQ T-shirts and would like to give one to you – please let me know the correct size and I will drop one off.

Hi All,

Thank you so much for all of your help and accommodating all of our changing needs for our groundbreaking ceremony. The event went superbly and the only disappointment was the weather. Everything is at the site ready for pick up- they are welcome to pick up tomorrow or Thursday as scheduled. The PA system is in the construction foreman’s trailer at the far side of the site as I did not want the weather to have any effect on it.

If you could email me total receipts after the security deposits have been refunded I would appreciate it.

So first let me just say that your guys probably think I'm crazy! We have a wedding tonight that needs 7-72" rounds and I was convinced that I had ordered them... and then I realized that I didn't have a confirmation from you and I can't find a sent email... which means I totally goofed! I couldn't get a hold of the warehouse and I was freaking out until someone mentioned seeing your truck at the country club, so I just flew down there and luckily they have 72" tables! The wedding was perfect!! I would love to say thank you so much for all your hard work and attention to detail that made the day as perfect as it was... The weather was the biggest factor, but what you helped my daughter and I put together for the rest of the day, was outstanding. I was extremely happy with the way the tent looked inside and out. It was positioned perfectly for an optimal view and use of available space. It all turned out to be a very pretty display of Jen's choice of colors. All put together, the tent, linens, and tableware added just the right amount of elegance to a somewhat casual wedding.

It was a good investment. You are a great representative for your company. Dear Cedar Rain,

I can't believe that it has already been a month since our wedding! Just wanted to send along a tardy note of thanks for all your help with our wedding. The tent was perfect (we were so excited by the little flags on top!) and the roll up sides were such a lifesaver as it was pretty warm that day, so it was nice to have them all up, but when a little squall came through we could bring them down in a hurry. I received many compliments on the tablecloths as well (especially from a bride who had aimed for that color [olive] cloth at her own wedding and wound up with something far mintier). The sound system was exactly what we needed - you helped turn a stressful last-minute scramble into peace of mind. We also appreciated that the set-up crew called us and asked for our input with set-up.

Thanks again for all your help along the way - it was a fabulous day!

Dear Michael,

Unfortunately, I need to begin this letter with an apology, as in last week's Exeter Newsletter, an article about Granite State Quest did not identify Exeter Rent-all as one of our sponsors. This is truly an embarrassment, as from our first year, Exeter Rent-All has been a generous support of this event. Please do not think we take your support lightly, as we are very mindful and proud that thanks to your support 100% of the funds raised by the riders go directly to pediatric cancer research and patient care at The Massachusetts General Hospital.

This year's ride is scheduled for Saturday, July 10th and once again will start and finish at The Timberland Company in Stratham. Our goal is to increase the number of riders and raise over $100,00 which will result in an eight year total in the range of $800,000. To provide shade for the riders and volunteers, we are hopeful that Exeter Rent-All will provide an in kind donation of two tents. The tents provide great shade for the riders when they stop for lunch or a water break at Timberland and also create a nice atmosphere for our post ride barbecue for riders, volunteers, family members and friends.

Again my apology for Exeter Rent-All not being mentioned in the article. I will give you a call next week to discuss the possibility of your support again this year.

Thank you for a job well done on the tent! We didn’t get the tent we wanted because of the weather but nobody knew but the bride and us. The decorations were superb! Everyone raved about the lighting. Special thanks for all the extra effort and attention you put into covering the poles; they looked gorgeous! The wedding, believe it or not, went spectacularly! The weather broke later in the day to the point where we even got pictures outdoors. Great job for yourself and your dad and your company. You made what I thought was going to be a disaster turn into an overwhelming success!

You guys are truly amazing – 2 crews showed up and had the chairs switched out by 2:15 pm, well before the ceremony.

I tried to buy them a beer but they were the consummate professionals and refused since they still had more work to do. What great guys!

I am so glad that we have the chance to work with you all. You saved me some serious grief – never mind that the horse and carriage got lost for the ceremony or that the Justice of the Peace was almost 15 minutes late…the chairs were white, gleaming and perfectly lined up, thanks to you….

When our wonderful 31 year old daughter caught us all off guard 4 weeks ago with the firm decision (and I do mean FIRM) to marry on June 20, we had few expectations, other than to offer her and her fiance a simple, but elegant ceremony and celebration. Thanks to your company, with it's 'bending over backwards' policy to please customers, and your personal, patient persistence, multiplied over by the dress makers, the food providers, the florist, the photographer, our Amesbury Adventist church and our church family, the beloved Lowell's Boat Shop, and our respective families on all sides, who all adopted similar, trouble free attitudes, we were stunned last Sabbath evening to have hosted a magical and memorable wedding that developed a beautiful life of it's own. I hope you take a moment right now to savor the service you provided us, and so many others, bringing such seasons of collective joy into being.

My sincerest gratitude - and blessings - to you and to all the staff who assisted us, beginning with our first call a few short weeks ago, to the kind folk who helped me just last night resolve my mix up of returned tables.

I wanted to send you an email and thank-you for all the assistance you provided recently during my daughters wedding. The tents were great and the chairs at the ceremony were very nice.

I personally observed the installation of the tent in my back yard. Your people were courteous, efficient and very helpful! If I have any rental needs in the future, I would call Exeter Rental without hesitation!
